The Pet Loss Studio
For Veterinary Professionals
Veterinary teams support families through some of the most difficult moments in the human-animal bond. When a beloved pet dies, many owners struggle with grief, guilt, and loneliness in the weeks and months that follow.
The Pet Loss Studio publishes gentle companion resources designed to support people during those moments. Our books and guides are written to complement the care and guidance provided by veterinary professionals, not replace it.
Resources from The Pet Loss Studio are shared by veterinary professionals and bereavement support organizations supporting grieving pet owners.

About the author
The Pet Loss Studio was created by C. Arden after experiencing the loss of two beloved dogs, Henry and Toby, within the space of a single month.
The books and guides grew from the need for structured, compassionate resources that acknowledge the depth of the human-animal bond and the complex emotions that follow pet loss.
The work draws on published research into human-animal bond bereavement and the lived experiences shared by thousands of grieving pet owners. It is written to complement professional veterinary and counseling support, not replace it.
